BetterVisitors is committed to supplying high-quality traffic to our customers. As with any business, sometimes it's the right thing to do to issue a refund.

If you would like a refund, please fill in the form below. We ask for this information so that we can find your order and process your refund quickly. PayPal customers should see their refunds soon after we process it. 2checkout customers will see their refunds in 7 - 10 business days, which is 2checkout's policy.

Please note that as detailed in our Terms and Conditions, we issue refunds for the undelivered portion of a traffic campaign only. As we work with various partners and incur expenses in carrying out our services, we cannot, under any circumstance, issue refunds for portions of services that have already been delivered. If a campaign has been has been terminated due to a violation of Bettervisitors stated use policies or other generally acceptable Internet standards, no refund, either full or partial, will be issued.
